For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" means the 49bat website accessible at 49bat.io, including all sub-pages, services, betting markets, casino games, and related features.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered a verified account on the 49bat platform and is using its services.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player during the registration process, through which all betting, gaming, deposit, and withdrawal activity is conducted.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding any pending bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times Bonus Funds must be turned over in qualifying bets or game wagers before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all 49bat account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers are denominated.
• "Bet Settlement" means the process by which 49bat calculates and credits or debits the outcome of a completed wager to a Player's Account.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any activity listed under Section 9 of these Terms that is expressly forbidden on the 49bat platform.
• "Business Day" means any day other than a public holiday in Bangladesh, Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 18:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

By accessing the 49bat platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Your acceptance is recorded at the point of account registration when you actively confirm your agreement via the registration process. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes ongoing acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you are accessing the 49bat platform on behalf of another individual or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that individual or entity to these Terms.

To register and maintain an active account on 49bat, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. 49bat strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years across all products and services without exception.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting in your own name.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of 49bat or any of its affiliated game providers, payment processors, or technology partners.
• You must not have a previously closed or suspended 49bat account, unless 49bat has explicitly reinstated your account eligibility in writing.
• You must not be self-excluded from 49bat or any other gambling platform where such self-exclusion would apply to 49bat under any applicable scheme.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and throughout your use of the platform.

49bat reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or as part of ongoing compliance checks. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

Each eligible individual may hold one registered account only on the 49bat platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared payment methods, or shared devices — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and preferred payment method. You agree to keep this information current and to notify 49bat promptly of any material changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account username and password. 49bat will never ask you for your password via email, telephone, or live chat. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 49bat support immediately at [email protected]. 49bat will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend your account pending the outcome of that investigation.

All deposits and withdrawals on 49bat are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied. 49bat does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which 49bat accepts no responsibility.

Accepted deposit methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, and BRAC Bank transfer. Minimum deposit thresholds and any method-specific limits are displayed at the point of transaction within your account panel.

Withdrawal processing is subject to identity verification being complete on your account. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in line with anti-money-laundering requirements. 49bat targets withdrawal processing within one Business Day for verified accounts, though actual receipt of funds depends on your payment provider's processing times.

49bat reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on large withdrawals or withdrawals that follow unusual account activity patterns. During such checks, the relevant withdrawal may be placed on hold for up to five Business Days. 49bat will communicate the reason for any such hold to the affected Player promptly.

49bat does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All funds deposited into your 49bat account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

49bat offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet tokens, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to players who have a fully verified account in good standing.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Bonus Funds that remain un-wagered at the expiry of the promotional period will be removed from the account automatically.
• Minimum odds restrictions apply to bets placed with Bonus Funds. Bets placed on markets with odds below the stated minimum will not count toward wagering requirements.
• 49bat reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to withhold or reverse bonus credits if it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that the offer has been claimed in breach of these Terms.
• The welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on first deposit is subject to a minimum qualifying deposit, a wagering requirement multiplier, and eligible game restrictions, all of which are set out in the Welcome Bonus terms published on the promotions page.

Players who 49bat determines have engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting promotional loopholes, or colluding with other players to generate artificial wagering turnover — will have all associated bonuses cancelled and accounts closed. 49bat's determination in such matters is final.

All sports bets placed on 49bat are governed by the sport-specific betting rules applicable to the relevant market, which are available within the platform's help section. The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on 49bat:

• Bets are accepted subject to the availability of sufficient balance in the Player's Account at the time of placement. Bets cannot be placed on credit.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the 49bat system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player, except where a Cash Out feature is available and the Player elects to use it prior to bet settlement.
• 49bat reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published as a result of a technical error, data feed failure, or manifest error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account in full.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to applicable minimum and maximum stake limits, which may differ from pre-match limits. 49bat may suspend in-play markets at any time during a live event at its discretion.
• Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Test Championship, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series — are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body. No account is taken of unofficial results, protests, or subsequent amendments unless they affect the official result.
• 49bat reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout on any market, for any Player, at any time, without advance notice.

Any discrepancy between the odds displayed in the Player's bet slip at the time of placement and the odds at which the bet is ultimately confirmed will be communicated to the Player, who will have the option to accept or decline the revised odds before the bet is finalised.

Casino games and slot titles available on the 49bat platform are provided by third-party certified game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by the rules of the relevant game studio, which are accessible within the game interface.

49bat acts as a distributor of these third-party game products and does not develop or operate the underlying game logic. All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) operated by the respective game provider. 49bat has no ability to influence or alter game outcomes.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are provided by the game studios and represent the theoretical long-run return of each title. In the event of a game malfunction — including disconnections, software errors, or server interruptions that result in an incomplete game round — the affected round will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's Account. 49bat is not liable for any consequential losses arising from a game malfunction.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 49bat platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the 49bat platform under any identity, real or fictitious.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any point during the account lifecycle.
• Using a payment method not registered in your own name or depositing funds sourced from illegal activity.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or having knowledge of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets are offered.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or manifest pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, create artificial wagering turnover, or abuse promotional offers.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the platform.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 49bat staff or other players through any communication channel.

49bat employs fraud detection technology and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where 49bat has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of this section, it may freeze affected accounts and withhold associated funds pending the outcome of an investigation. The outcome of 49bat's investigation is binding and final.

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform using automated tools.
• Create derivative works based on 49bat's brand identity, design, or proprietary software.
• Use the 49bat name, logo, or branding in any commercial context without explicit written authorisation.

Any use of 49bat intellectual property beyond the scope of the limited licence granted above is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 49bat's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their 49bat account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

49bat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to platform use, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of account information.
• Service interruptions, technical faults, or platform downtime.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account by a third party.
• Any reliance placed by you on odds, statistics, or information displayed on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

49bat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights, financial terms, or eligibility criteria — 49bat will provide reasonable advance notice by publishing an update notice on the platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address registered on affected accounts.

For non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to reflect changes in payment method availability), the updated Terms will take effect immediately upon publication without individual notice to Players.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct support communication, the following escalation process applies:

Include a full description of the dispute, the relevant dates and amounts, and any supporting evidence. 49bat will acknowledge receipt within two Business Days and provide a substantive response within ten Business Days.
2. Internal Review: If you are dissatisfied with the initial response, you may request escalation to 49bat's senior compliance team, who will conduct an independent internal review and provide a final written determination within fifteen Business Days of the escalation request.
3. Final Decision: 49bat's final written determination following the internal review process represents the platform's binding position on the dispute. Players who remain dissatisfied after exhausting the internal complaints process may seek independent legal advice at their own cost and expense.

All disputes must be raised within ninety (90) days of the event giving rise to the complaint. 49bat will not consider disputes raised outside this timeframe except where the delay was caused by circumstances entirely outside the Player's control.
